(b) If the recipient and the subscriber receive an e-mail or SMS from an international courier company informing them of the delivery of the parcel and then operate the optional delivery service (ODD) to change the delivery options, and as a result the parcel is lost or claimed by someone else under false pretense, the recipient and the subscriber shall be responsible for the loss.
