Matoya Chinese Ramen is a Chinese noodle dish directly from the Shinpuku Saikkan main store, which had a stall in front of Kyoto Station.
The ramen has a savory flavor with a hint of dark soy sauce that is faithful to the taste of the Kyoto main store.
How to cook:
1 Bring 550ml of water per bag of noodles to a good boil in a large pot.
2. Put the noodles into the boiling water and boil over high heat for 5-6 minutes, while breaking up the noodles. (boiling time is according to your own preference ).
3 After boiling, add the soup sauce into the pot and transfer the noodles and the soup from the pot into a serving bowl.
4 Garnish your favorite garnish (chashu pork, bamboo shoots, green onions, etc.) for an even better taste.
