Due to the intrusion of soldiers, the tea was over-fermented, Jiang's ancestors took remedial measures and smoked it with pine wood. After making it, it was found that the color of the tea soup was red and bright, exuding pure natural longan flavor and pine smoke fragrance. This is the birth of the world's first black tea called Lapsang Souchong

To memorized this, a special version black tea has been created for both the shape and aroma of the tea leaves are all natural and original. Hence Named: 1568.
