Tokyo Nakiryu Tantanmen: 
Tokyo Souzou Menda Kobo Naruryu's popular "Tantanmen" noodle is now available!
Naruryu is a one-star restaurant that has won numerous awards, including the "TRY Award" and "Ramen Walker," and has also been featured in guidebooks.
The noodles have a refined sourness and a rich flavor of sesame sauce. The flavorful and nutty taste makes it an addictive bowl of noodles.

 

Kyoto Muteppou Pork Bones Broth:
The high-concentration soup made from more than 300 kg of Japanese domestic pork bones and water per day and the medium-thick, curly noodles are an excellent match! The thick, rich pork bone broth and medium-thick, curly noodles are a faithful reproduction of a bowl of ramen at a restaurant.

[How to cook]
Tokyo Nakiryu Tantanmen:
1. In a large pot, bring 2 liters of water to a boil.(2 liters of water per bag of noodles)
2. Prepare it in a bowl, dilute the included soup with about 300ml of hot water.
3. Put the noodles into the boiling water and boil over high heat for 30 seconds and medium heat for about 1 minute 20 seconds, while breaking up the noodles. (boiling time is accoridng to your own preference )
4. After boiling, drain off the hot water well and put the noodles into the prepared bowl, and loosen the noodles in the bowl.
5. Garnish your favorite garnish (chashu pork, bamboo shoots, green onions, etc.) for an even better taste.

 

Kyoto Muteppou Pork Bones Broth:
1. Bring 2 liters of water per bag of noodles to a good boil in a large pot.
2. Dilute the accompanying soup with about 250ml of water and prepare in a bowl.
3. Put the noodles into the boiling water and boil over high heat for 1 minute and medium heat for about 2 minutes, while breaking up the noodles. (boiling time is accoridng to your own preference )
4. After boiling, drain off the hot water well and put the noodles into the prepared bowl, and loosen the noodles in the bowl.
5. The soy sauce Yakumi can be added and served with your favorite garnish (chashu pork, bamboo shoots, green onions, etc.) for an even better taste.
