Origin & Process
This is made in tea cake mixed with the six-year aged mandarin peel from Xinhui, Guangdong Province and the five-year Shou Mei of Dabai/Dahao tea from Fuding, Fujian Province. The properly processed, lightly fermented, traditional raw-dried tea with water content below 6% is natural aged and suitable for long-term storage and formation.
