About Ramen: 

“Kiritanpo Ramen" is made with thick kiritanpo and Chinese noodles. Warm the kiritanpo in a microwave oven before serving with the ramen. Three types of soups are available: "Hinai Jidori Shoyu Flavor" with Hinai Jidori chicken broth, "Akita Champon Flavor" with Hinai Jidori chicken broth and seafood flavor, and "Akita Spicy Miso Flavor" with spicy Akita miso soup to whet your appetite.

How to cook: 

The boiling time for the noodles and the thickness of the soup are only guidelines, so please adjust to your taste.

Please handle boiling water with care.

1 Cut a slit in the kiritanpo bag and microwave the bag in a 500W microwave oven until softened, about 1 minute.

2 Bring 550 cc of water to a boil, add the noodles, boil for about 3 minutes, and gently loosen the noodles with chopsticks.

3 Add the soup and warmed Kiritanpo and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Add bamboo shoots, green onions, and pork for a more delicious taste.

It is best to add bamboo shoots, green onions, or pork.
