Cooking suggestions:
1. Heat the pan and add oil. Add ginger and garlic slices (if you like spicy taste, you can add dried red pepper segments or fresh pepper rings) over low heat until fragrant. Pour the beef in and stir-fry quickly over high heat. Serve immediately after the beef is heated through.
2. Add a small amount of base oil to the pan and put the prepared black fungus in (note: black fungus is easy to explode, so try not to have excess water when pouring). Because the black fungus is already cooked, just stir-fry it a few times.
3. Pour the beef in and stir well with the black fungus. Taste the saltiness of the black fungus. If it is not salty enough, add salt, soy sauce and other seasonings to stir twice and serve.
