Description

Select whole wild-caught sea cucumbers full of meat and flavor, and easy to soak. Can be stewed in soup, stir-fried, and more. 

Storage conditions: Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Soaking instructions:

Use a clean oil-free container, soak the dried sea cucumbers in cold water for 48 hours. For best results, change the water every 12 hours.
After 48 hours, take the sea cucumber out and put it in a pot of clean water. Bring the water to a boil. After boiling, reduce the heat to medium heat and cook for about 45-60 minutes. Cook until the skin becomes soft, turn off the heat, and cool until it can be touched by your hands. You can add ice to speed up the cooling, at this time sea cucumbers can be eaten at any time.

How to store sea cucumbers after soaking: Pour the soaked sea cucumber and water into a clean oil-free container, and store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Change the water every 12 hours to obtain the ideal foaming effect. The soaked sea cucumbers should be stored in the refrigerator and eaten within 2 days. Do not freeze again after soaking.
