Sour Soup Fatty Beef Usage Instructions:
STEP 1
Prepare the ingredients: 14.1 oz of fatty beef slices, 7.1 oz each of golden needle mushrooms and shredded green bamboo shoots.
STEP 2
Blanch the golden needle mushrooms and shredded green bamboo shoots separately, then transfer them to a plate for later use.
STEP 3
In a pot, add approximately 3.5-4 cups of water and the sour soup seasoning. Bring to a boil and add the fatty beef. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the beef is done.
STEP 4
Remove the cooked fatty beef and place it in the plate with the golden needle mushrooms and green bamboo shoots. Pour some soup over the dish, then it's ready to be served.
