This is an extra virgin sesame oil that was cold pressed once in patented kilns. A pure sesame oil is great for salad dressings, dips, seasoning, sauce, and as a finishing oil to drizzle over grilled meat, vegetables, and noodles; a must for ssamjang making (dipping sauce) for Korean BBQ. Low smoke point, great for low heat sautes, or best as finishing oil for its enhanced nutty flavor.
