A superfood drink powder, Chung-O’s germinated sunshik (blend of sprouted organic black rice, organic sprouted black sesame, and organic sprouted black beans) provides a healthy and nutritious supplement or meal replacement.  Because the ingredients in this mix are from sprouted grains, it is rich in protein, calcium, phosphorus, iron, and vitamins. The sprouted organic black rice alone has a good amount of fiber, protein, iron and zinc.
