The finish is elegant and rich, a characteristic of Red Mountain fruit, with soft flavors of dried berries and cocoa. Pair with rich meat dishes such as lamb, game, and grilled steaks. 

Blend: 94% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Cabernet Franc

Aging: 100% new French Oak for 22 months
