We have recreated the taste of tonkotsu ramen from the popular ramen shop "Hakata Junjo Ramen ShinShin" in a bag of noodles.

It is a thin noodle made using a non-fried method that is supple but has a firm texture. Both the appearance and texture are similar to those of tonkotsu ramen noodles.

Based on the flavor of cooked pork, we have created a pork bone ramen soup with no odor or taste, combining the richness of chicken bones and the flavors of aromatic vegetables such as garlic, onion, and ginger.
