Rich, lively and elegant, this Chardonnay continues to shine with layers of stone fruit and spice. With nectarine, white peach, and summer melon flavors embroidered with butterscotch, French oak peppers the wine to a long and tantalizing finish, underscored by bright acidity.

With a wet winter and a cool spring, the 2019 growing season started later than usual. The vines enjoyed warm, temperate weather throughout the summer, providing ample hangtime for the grapes to develop rich, complex flavors. In harvest, a few small hot events pushed the vines into ripeness, leading to wine with alluring aromas and bright energetic outlines in whites and reds, as well as intense color and layering of pure fruit in both.
