Tasting Notes:
The dry tea leaves are glossy black with a hint of golden buds. They are slender and tightly rolled. When viewed through a glass cup, the tea has an orange-red color, and it is more transparent compared to Yunnan Red Mao Feng. The aroma is distinctly sweet potato and honey, and the flavor is sweet and smooth.
Brewing Tips:
It is recommended to use water at approximately 95 degrees Celsius and brew the tea in a gaiwan, with a tea-to-water ratio of 1:50.
