The highly popular instant noodles " Golden Hinaiji Chicken Noodle (Soy Sauce Flavor)" has been joined by a new series, " Platinum Hinaiji Chicken Salt Noodle (Salt Flavor)". The soup in both is characterized by the rich taste of Hinaiji chicken, one of the top three local chicken breeds in Japan. The noodles are smooth and chewy, providing a delightful texture.

[How  to cook]
1. Put the noodles into 550cc of boiling water and boil for 4.5 minutes. After 2-3 minutes, gently loosen the noodles. (The amount of water and the cooking time are approximate, so adjust to your preference.)
2. Once the noodles are cooked, turn off the heat, add the soup and mix well.
3. When it's ready, put it into a bowl. Adding chashu, menma, seaweed, seasonal vegetables, etc., will make it even more delicious.

Platinum Hinaijidori Chicken Salt Noodle (Salt Flavor)：
【Noodles】Wheat flour (domestic production), powdered egg white, salt, wheat gluten/alkaline water, gardenia pigment, (contains wheat and egg in some portions) 
【Soup】Salt, soy sauce, chicken fat, chicken extract, pork extract, onion paste, starch, hydrolyzed protein, yeast extract, chicken bone soup/seasonings (amino acids, etc.), alcohol, thickener (xanthan gum), caramel color, (contains wheat, soybeans, chicken, pork, and apple in some portions)
