The soup is made from pork bones, chicken bones, dried bonito flakes, dried sardines, kelp, and other ingredients.

Noodles (wheat flour (produced in Japan), egg white powder, salt, wheat protein), animal fat, soy sauce, meat extract, salt, vegetable oil and fat, sugar, bonito extract, vinegar, flavor seasoning, dried bonito flakes powder, dried bonito powder, kelp extract, spices/seasoning (amino acid, etc.), sake spirit, brine, color (caramel, gardenia), thickening agent (xanthan gum), acidifier, (some of which contain egg, milk ingredients, wheat, soybeans, chicken, pork)
