2. Please check your shopping cart before check out because there is no refund policy after you have placed your order. However, if there's a wrong or missing product from your order(s), it will be re-delivered or return at the next shipment. As for refund, it should be confirmed and processed within one to two weeks.
3. Please be aware of the possibility that the product may be broken such as biscuit or chocolates may melt during the delivery. In this case, we do not accept any refund, return or re-deliver request.
4. The quality of products is guaranteed by the manufacturers. However, as we understand that there is language and location issue between our customers and the manufacturers, so we will strive our best to solve any problem occurred.
