Features

This is Isojiman's original plum aemono released in 1972.

The raw material, plums, is pureed umeboshi harvested in the southern part of Wakayama Prefecture, and is blended with dried bonito flakes and shiso.

We use apple for the hidden flavor and have a mild finish.
