Yamato-boiled canned food made using the fatty sunoko part of Icelandic Nagasu whale. The texture is so marbled that it melts in your mouth. The canned Sunoko Yamato-ni that we usually sell uses sardine whales and minke whales, but Nagasu whales are the second largest type of cetacean, and have more fat than sardine whales and minke whales. This is a good and very valuable canned food. The seasoning is the same as other Yamato-ni canned foods.
