Traditional Taiwanese puff paratha are similar to roti but thicker in texture. The outer layer is golden and crispy, while the inner layer is soft, chewy, and flavorful, with fragrant chives and green onions folded in. No need to defrost or add oil to the pan when making this delicious crispy pancake--just throw it on the pan for three minutes, or cook until both sides are golden and enjoy. Enjoy with your favorite soy sauce, chili oil (or however you'd like). It's that easy!
