Method
Step 1.
Pour 350ml of water into a frying pan and bring to the boil.
Step 2.
Once boiling, add Shin Ramyun noodles of your choice, with vegetable sachet and ½ soup base. Stir together and cook for about 3 minutes.
Step 3.
Place cheese into the center and let it melt for 30 seconds.
Step 4.
Crack egg into the centre, close the lid and simmer for about 1 minute.
Step 5.
Remove pan from the heat and garnish with chopped spring onion.
