Pork Cured with: Water, Salt, Sugar, Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite.
Fry: To Fry: Place bacon in unheated skillet. Cook over medium low heat. Turn frequently until achieving desired crispness. You will notice less shrinkage than with other brands.
Microwave: To Microwave: (based on a 1000 watt microwave) place bacon slices side by side between layers of paper toweling on microwave-able plate. Cook on HIGH for the following approximate times: 2 slices 2 min. 4 slices 4 min. 6 slices 6 min. Bake: Rimmed baking sheet.
