Tasting Note
The uniformity of the dry tea leaves is average, with smaller leaves and noticeable white hairs on the surface. Observed through a glass fairness cup, the tea soup is a transparent golden yellow. The aroma is floral, and the taste is refreshing and sweet, making it suitable for summer drinking. Even when the tea soup cools, it does not become bitter.
Brewing Tips:
It is recommended to use a transparent glass cup for brewing. Place the tea leaves at the bottom of the cup and slowly pour in boiling water at 95℃~100℃ along the inner wall of the cup. After waiting for one minute, you can enjoy the sight of the tea leaves gracefully unfurling in the water. Be cautious of the hot water temperature before drinking.
