It is for both external and internal use. Simple put a few drops on a lump of sugar to help digestion, to relieve stomach pains, combat fatique. Put in a glass of water to refresh drink and sweeten the breath. Put in tea, milk or a grog to prevent, help cure, colds. Medicinally, to soothe headaches, cool the skin as an antiseptic.\n\n \n\n \n\nSuggested Use\n\nAdult: oral 3 times daily 7-8 drops each time. Children: oral 3 times daily 2-3 drops each time.\nExternal use: To apply on affected skin areas.\n\n \n\n \n\n \n\nIngredients\n\nalcohol 80%, peppermint oil 1.32%, distilled water to 100%.\n\n \n\n \n\nSafety\n\nKeep out of reach of children. Do not use if pregnant or nursing, for prolonged periods of time, in cases of excessive menstruation, hypertension, edema, liver disorders, severe kidney insufficiency, hypokalemia, heart disease with edema, or congestive heart failure. Not recommended in cases of spleen or stomach deficiencies, distention and fullness of stomach or chest, or if taken in excess of recommended serving size. Patients undergoing surgery are advised to stop use 7 days before surgery, and those with a history of kidney stones should use this herb cautiously.
