Hanasaki Port (Nemuro City) is the port with the largest amount of Pacific saury landings in Japan. This canned product is made in a town where fresh, fatty Pacific saury is landed. When you open the can, it is hand-packed into the shape of a petal, and when you open it, it looks like a flower has bloomed.
