Seorak Squid Soondae 500g (2Pieces*1Pack)
Usually soondae refers to blood sausages in Korea, commonly made by boiling or steaming cow or pig’s intestines filled with a variety of ingredients. But this is Stuffed Squid Soondae which comes from Gangwon Province, the east coastal province known for cold, blue water and beautiful Seorak Mountain. Squids are filled with stuffing of chopped up noodle, vegetables and meat or sweet rice.
How to Cook;
1. Pan grill: after frost in room temperature, sliced at regular shape and grill on pan with oil.
2. Microwave oven : after frost, sliced at regular shape and arranged on a plate. Drizzle sesame oil or sprinkle some water, cover it with plastic wrap, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
