Cooking Method:

1. Heat oil in a pan until it reaches about 70% of its maximum temperature, then add the shredded green peppers.

2. Stir-fry quickly until the peppers are fragrant and softened.

3. Add the shredded pork and sauce, stir-fry over high heat until the sauce thickens. You can add some water to adjust the thickness of the sauce as needed.

4. Remove from the heat, plate the dish, and enjoy. Be careful, as it will be very hot.
