How is this product made?
IQF is the rapid freezing of food to preserve its color, taste, and texture. lt is the best processfor preserving all the properties of food. lt keeps food from spoiling by not allowing bacteria, molds, and yeast to grow. When thawed, products that are individually quick frozen have more flavor and better texture than freezing at home.

Thawing Instructions
Room Temperature:
Pour desired amount on plate, spread evenly, and defrost for approximately 30 minutes, or until thawed.
Microwave:
Place desired amount in a microwave safe dish. Use defrost setting for 1minute, or until thawed. Cooking time may require adjusting,as microwave ovens vary. Keep frozen until ready to use. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
