●Odashi's "Uneno" is a long-established dry goods store founded in 1903. It is widely loved as a high-class dashi soup used in restaurants, shrines and temples, mainly in Kyoto.
●Raw materials are carefully selected domestically, and are procured while being deeply involved with producers such as Kagoshima and Rishiri in Hokkaido.
●We are also particular about the manufacturing method, inheriting the ancient manufacturing method using 5 sharpeners that have been used by our own factory for generations, and the craftsmanship and knowledge of carefully shaving while discerning individual differences in each joint to maximize the quality of the material. 
●The Odashi Pack Jin Series is made from powdered shavings. First, the fish is shaved in the shape of petals using an ancient shaving method (Toba method), and the fish is carefully finished while suppressing frictional heat so as not to damage the fibers of the fish.
●Dashi Pack Jin (Friday) is a pack of tuna and Rausu kelp.
It has a mellow sweetness and richness, and goes well with not only Japanese food but also various dishes from around the world.
