The aroma of "Mu" is full of ripe fruits such as melon and grapes. This Daiginjo is a perfect example of its name, "Nothingness," as rich flavors such as white grapes and strawberries vanish in a whisper finish. Talk about a soft and clean sake. Unlike many Daiginjos, this one gets smoother when warmed up. 

Enjoy by itself or with meals with lighter flavors, such as vinegar-based salad, white fish (sashimi, sushi, or grilled), fish carpaccio, chicken tenders, and fruits.
