Each tablet contains: Vitamin C  200 mg, Calcium Pantothenate 3 mg

Excipients: Corn starch, Sucrose, Calcium carboxymethyl cellulose, Hydroxypropyl cellulose, Magnesium stearate, Riboflavin, Yellow No. 5, Yellow iron oxide.

The recommended adult oral dose is 1 to 3 tablets or 1 to 3 grams per dose, 1 to 3 times daily.

Additionally, the dosage and frequency of use may be adjusted appropriately based on age and symptoms.
