The dry tea leaves are curled into a spiral shape and have a mix of orange-yellow and black colors. The aroma is honey-like, with a rich roasted sweet potato scent. The taste is sweet and smooth, with a slight smoky flavor and a hint of cocoa. You only need enough leaves to cover the bottom of the gaiwan. This tea is great for multiple infusions.
Brewing Tips:
It is recommended to use water at approximately 95 degrees Celsius and brew the tea in a gaiwan, with a tea-to-water ratio of 1:50.
