In order to bring out the deliciousness of Minamisanriku oysters, we developed a rich yuzu miso made from yuzu from Miyagi Prefecture together with Higashimatsushima Choju Miso. Canned without any seasonings. The chewy texture of the oysters is taken care of, and the flavor is rounded out with the freshness of yuzu and the richness of Sendai miso.
