Similar flavor profile to the tonkotsu, the creamy chicken bone broth is slowly simmered for 16 hours with a splash of shoyu for a smooth yet rich bowl. The chicken breasts are sous vide then sliced to maintain its tender and juicy texture. 

2 servings of creamy chicken soup base, 2 servings of fresh noodles, 4 slices of sous vide chicken breasts, 2 blanched spinach, 2 packets of bamboo shoots and 2 packets of onion ginger oil.  

Fresh for 5 days refrigerated, up to 1 year frozen
