Hokkaido is famous for its hairy crabs, and this "Hairy Crab Flavor" Hokkaido Ramen uses 60% Hokkaido wheat for the noodles, Okhotsk salt (produced by our own Tsura-ra) kneaded into the noodles, and crab extract in the soup for a luxurious taste. This is our standard product. Launched in 1986.
