Ippudo was established in Daimyo, Fukuoka in 1985. Ippudo's main products are tonkotsu (pork bone) ramen noodles with a rich and smooth tonkotsu soup and thin noodles with a crispy wheat flavor. Ippudo currently has approximately 230 stores in 15 countries around the world.

Internal capacity: 126g (50g x 2 bags of rich tonkotsu sauce, 8g x 2 bags of spicy miso sauce, 5g x 2 bags of seasoning oil for finishing)(no ramen or soba within)

Cooking method:

1. Boil the noodles, remove them from the colander, and then rinse them in cold water.

    Ippudo's recommendation!

    After boiling the noodles, reheat them in boiling water for a more delicious taste. 

2 Drain the noodles well, add the noodles and [rich tonkotsu sauce] to the bowl and mix well.

    If the noodles have trouble loosening, add 1 tablespoon of water or hot water. 

3  Pour [Finishing Oil] on top and add desired amount of [Akamaru Spicy Miso Sauce] and mix while serving.

4  Top with your favorite side dishes (shredded pork, scallions, onions, dried bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, etc.) for extra flavor!
