説明

Spring Harvest

Picked and processed in Spring 2024. Winter oolong is known for smooth, creamy sweetness, while spring oolong is generally more floral, rich, and aromatic!

Classic Flavor & Fragrance

Our A Li Shan Oolong Tea has a floral aroma, a fresh, creamy taste, and a light straw-green liquid. The sweet finish is always delicious. Named after the tea mountain in Taiwan, A Li Shan is the most famous High Mountain Oolong.

Skilled Tea Master

The farmer and tea master who makes our A Li Shan Oolong has been growing and processing A Li Shan Oolong for more than 30 years. His A Li Shan Oolong has twice won gold medals at the A Li Shan tea making skill competition in Taiwan.

High Mountain Tea Garden

The tea master has his own tea garden on A Li Shan Mountain. He handles every step, from caring for the garden to overseeing the picking team with his hardworking wife. The 1,300-meter elevation results in hardy leaves with a rich flavor.

Oolong Brewing Directions:

Water Temperature:

195-200°F

Method:

Timing is very important when brewing oolong tea. Over-brewing has negative effects on the flavor, so it’s important to separate the water from the tea leaves at the right moment.

The quantity of tea leaves listed below can be scaled up or down depending on the size of your teapot.

Tea leaves can be re-brewed many times, until the desired flavor disappears.

Automatic Tea Brewer:

Brewer Capacity: 12oz (350ml)
Tea Leaf: 7 grams, about 1 Tbsp

  1. Wake Up the Leaves: Pour just enough hot water in to cover the leaves and wait for it to drain into the bottom pitcher. Discard the rinse water.
  2. Enjoy the Fragrance: A beautiful aroma will come from the tea leaves and the warm empty pitcher.
  3. Time to Brew: Fill the brewing compartment with hot water. When it has all dripped into the pitcher, the tea is ready to enjoy!
