Green Meadows Marinated Skinless Chicken 32oz
Bone-In Cubed Chicken in 23% Yogurt-Curry Marinade
Heat oil in a non-stick skillet
Add 1 chopped onion and 1 tbsp chopped garlic.
Saute till onion turns reddish brown.
Add 1 chopped tomato and 1 tsp. garam masala (optional)
Cover and occasionally stir till oil separates.
Add the marinated chicken, stir and then cover and let cook for 6-8 min.
Add 1-1.5 cups of hot water.
Remove from heat once chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Serve over hot rice.
