I've got a good feeling about this papaya. The Hawaiian papaya--also known as Solo--has lush orange flesh, big black seeds, and is slightly smaller. Sweeter than the Mexican papaya, you can juice, grill, or scoop it with a spoon. Add some lime juice and tajin for a snack that balances the force of the universe.
Please note: Like a banana, it is best to eat it when it is not too green and not too ripe. Some Papaya might need a little time to ripen.
