How to serve
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add noodles and boil for 4.5 minutes.
(After 3.5 minutes, gently loosen the noodles.)
Put the soup in a bowl and dissolve it in 250ml (1 1/4 cups) of boiling water.
Heat the soup in the bag to dissolve the lard before use.
When the noodles are finished boiling, drain off the hot water well and transfer them to a bowl of soup prepared earlier. Add pork, bamboo shoots, green onions, etc. to the soup for an even more delicious taste.
Adjust the boiling time of the noodles and the amount of hot water in the soup to your liking.
