**Carefully Selected Ingredients**

Ingredients:pork, spaghetti, green and red bell peppers, soy sauce, sugar, salt.

Preparation:

  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  • Slice the char siu (barbecue pork), cut the red and green bell peppers and carrot into strips, and mince the garlic.

Cooking the Vegetables:

  • Add an appropriate amount of oil to a frying pan, heat it up, then add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add the red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and carrot strips, and stir-fry until the vegetables soften slightly.

Adding Char Siu and Pasta:

  • Add the sliced char siu to the pan and stir-fry together with the vegetables until evenly mixed.
  • Add the cooked pasta and continue to stir-fry.

Seasoning:

  • Add the sauce and continue to stir-fry until all the ingredients are evenly coated with the sauce and fully flavored.

Finishing:
