Made with whole organic wheat koji (no extraction or oil pressing), preserving the natural sweetness, aroma, and nutrients of the raw materials. It is brewed with Australian sun-dried sea salt and naturally aged for over 180 days. No artificial flavors, preservatives, or colors are added. Certified organic by both USDA and Taiwan CAS.
