Tasting Note:
The dry tea is dark brown and strip-shaped. The tea infusion is a light golden color with a woody aroma. It is not bitter or astringent, and the tea is smooth, inducing salivation and leaving a sweet aftertaste.
Brewing Tips:
Use a gaiwan for brewing with a tea-to-water ratio of 1:30. The water temperature should be between 90°C and 95°C (194°F to 203°F). Let the tea steep for about 10 seconds.
