Every detail of the Mt. Fuji sake cup is carefully hand-finished, making it the perfect gift. It is crafted from 100% tin (gold cups are processed with gold leaf), which is one of the most expensive metals after gold and silver. Tin is highly malleable and flexible, and it is white like silver, but it doesn't rust easily and doesn't pollute the air. Furthermore, it has excellent antibacterial properties, low allergic reactivity, and high thermal conductivity. To keep your drink fresh and cold, you can chill it in the fridge for 2-3 minutes before use. Although it's common to add other metallic materials to tin products for durability and ease of cutting, this sake cup is made entirely of 100% tin, and it's an all-handmade product that showcases the experience and skills of skilled craftsmen.

Brand’s History
In 1916, Nousaku started manufacturing Buddhist ritual objects, Japanese tea sets, and vases using brass and bronze in Takaoka, Japan. The city has been flourishing since 1609 and established its reputation as the center of the copper industry in Japan over the past 400 years.
The manufacturing process used by Nousaku is casting, which involves pouring molten metal into a mold to create an object of the desired shape. Each Nousaku product undergoes several finishing processes after the creation of a sand mold. Experienced craftsmen meticulously hand-finish each item, highlighting its material beauty and refinement.
