For Oolong tea, ORTEA recommand you to use Gaiwan/ Tea pot, when using a gaiwan or teapot for brewing, make sure the lid fits tightly on the container.
Temp: 95 ℃~100℃
Brewing Time: approximately 1 minutes pouring out the liquid
