Steam the organic pumpkin, mash it, and make pumpkin noodles with flour without adding a drop of water. Sprinkle the crushed red dates, knead it into round buns by hand, and steam it until it blooms. It is sweet and delicious, with a strong date fragrance. 4 pieces per serving, about 400g.
There will be a little white on the bottom of the bun, which is to prevent the dry noodles from sticking to the plate when steaming, and ensure that it is freshly made every day.
2 heating methods:
1 Put it on the steaming paper and steam it for about 7 or 8 minutes.
2 If you use a microwave to heat it, you need to wrap it with wet kitchen paper or cover it and heat it for 1 minute before you can enjoy it.
