Ingredients: 1 block of tofu (300g)
2 tablespoons of water (30ml)
Cooking Instructions:
1. Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces. 2. In a pan, add mapo tofu sauce, tofu, and 2 tablespoons of water (30ml). You can also add extra ingredients to taste. Stir-fry over medium heat.
3. Once it starts to boil, continue stir-frying for an additional 3 minutes and 30 seconds until done.
Tips:
1. For a softer texture, you can blanch the tofu before cooking.
2. Feel free to add pork, green onions, or onions to suit your taste.
