Cooking:
* Mix the water and seasoning powder thoroughly. Pour the mixture into the chicken and massage it until the liquid is absorbed. Refrigerate for 4 hours before cooking.
* Coat the chicken with sweet potato starch and deep-fry until golden brown at 140 degrees Celsius.
* You can also use an air fryer and cook until it's done.
