[Sour Plum Soup] Recipe
Ingredients: Dried hawthorn, black plum, dried tangerine peel, hibiscus flower, osmanthus, rock sugar, water
Rinse the dried hawthorn, black plum, dried tangerine peel, and hibiscus flower with clean water, then soak them for 30 minutes. In a pot, add water and the soaked ingredients. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes. Add rock sugar and continue simmering for another 10 minutes. Strain the sour plum soup.
After cooling, sprinkle with dried osmanthus and serve.
